Well, I finally have a vid. Just so you know, all three cars are stock except for drivetrain mods, and sim tires. Also, the replays used were from a year ago, so keep that in mind when giving criticism. I will unveil my new stuff when I get my Dazzle to work (just got it). Anyway, this file is only 6mb's, so it's perfect for all yall 56k'ers. Enjoy the vid, and comments welcome.;)

Thanks guys, Breaker did a great job on the vid. I just hope I can get my capture card to work today, so I can make my own.;)
 
Only 6 comments? I thought some more people would have some criticism. C'mon people, give it to me, I can take it.;)
 
IMHO that is only good when you are using a wheel to drift. to see the perfect counter-steer. if it's just dual-shock it looks choppy, but yeah it's a cool camera view

Damn good for no engine mods. Drivetrain and tires being a necessity, of course, the stock drifts are awesome. Looking forward to your new stuff.

Hey, when are we gonna get together for a drift session?
 
Excellent drifting; now I know why your name is silviadrifter! I especially enjoyed the 180SX drifting. I have a fully tuned, 459 HP 180 that I use as a drift only car. Mark my words, when I figure out how to create and post videos you and all other GT3 drifters will be impressed (I hope!!!! :lol: )

Thanks Nismo, I also have a 460HP 180SX on normal tires. I have a whole range of drift cars, from stock RPS13 to 650HP S4. I like the sense of accomplishment felt with drifting a stock FR, but I love my 480HP S14, 500HP S13, 1000HP R34, and 640HP FD. I hope to see some vids from ya soon.;)
 
Hey silviadrifter, you did a good job, i like the drifts, humm this is making me want to drift slow, because you see everything by going slowly, drifting with Super soft tire is too fast and its like kind of boring now for me. i should change my style of tires, but damn its going to take couple hours of Sim. but i'll see about and good job on your videos, very nice.

You have seen my vids, haven't you? I believe I didn't drive a Green S13 in any of them. I have: blue, black, light blue, white, and red. No green there. But, oh well, it doesn't matter that much.

Nice vid. Silvia, those are some nice drifts.

Thanks, I like the smoothness, that sim tires provide. Anyway, you should try to get good at sims. I have learned a lot in the last year after I switched from normals, and sports, to sims. ;)

:lol: LOL, I don't like the S15 as much. It doesn't act as gracefully as the other Silvias. Maybe I just haven't figured out the settings for it yet. Anyway, thanks for the comment. We'll have to have an interteam battle when I get my card working.;)
 
Ha yes stock drifters unite.
I drive a stock FD with sims and drive train tune ups.
I just started drifting stock because whenever i tried to tune my suspension i just ruined the car.

I agree 100%, at least in Gran Turismo 3. In real life, the S15 is much more refined.
 
Whats up with your Dazzle? I use a DVC80 (I hate it but I'm poor =/) and I can hopefully assist you.

PS: Premiere HATES DVC's, so dont even try, its an act of futility. Use Vdub.

I agree. I would love to have an S15 in real life, (except for the rear styling, which looks too much like a Pontiac Grand Am). The S15 in the game, just doesn't seem to have the same ease of control. If anyone has any settings, that could prove me wrong, post em' up. ;)
Also, I just bought an ATI All-in-Wonder 9000Pro (vid/capture card), so expect to see some new vids by next week.:D ;)
