No, those pictures aren't photoshopped, this actually is the smallest racing car ever made. The Atom has a wheelbase of just 5 feet 4 inches and is powered by a Japanese 500cc motorcycle engine. It was only ever seen at a couple of motorcycle speedway events, and apparently never raced...but that doesn't mean that we couldn't get our virtual hands on one on GT...
