Heres the story.
Weny to pick up my little brother from his school. Got him and as I drive through the neighborhood and into my complex I see a white kid friends with one of my friends playing hockey on the side of the street. I move over to the left and continue my neighborly speed of under 15mph. Just as i start to turn back to the right I see a ****ing camaro driven by a horisontally challenged colored woman(Read Fat ugly bitch) coming straight at me going atleast 50mph with kids walking home from school on the sidewalk and street. She looses controll and magically swerved out of my way after I stopped slowly because I wasn't going fast enough to even need brakes. Now is it my fault that happened?

The 'accident' would be more her fault, but only a court could figure that one out. However, you would be the one arrested for making a threat, if your convo ever takes place.

Go over and threat the person would not help anything, but complaining does no harm either ;) I'm pretty sure it'd be her fault since she was driving far too fast. (You weren't using a mobile behind the wheel did you? Don't know the law against it there, here, it's uber-illegal to phone behind the wheel).

Also, your language was rather hard in that post, but I guess it's due to how furious you must be right now :)

I hope I see her on monday just to give her the good ol chat of how if she hit my car and something happened to my little bro I would have murdered her.

Don't. Regardless of who's in the wrong, just don't. You come across idiots on the road all the time, and although metaphorically slapping her is probably pretty apt, the best course of action is to leave her be. You both got out of the situation in one piece, so be thankful for it and leave it at that.

...and maybe hope she does it in front of a cop next time ;)

You guys just do not understand the BS that happens here. I got a parking ticket for parking in front of my house at 4 in the afternoon while my dad polished his car in the garage. Yet people drive like if the cars had on/off switches for accelerators. And the threat, o be hones and not try and sound like a badass, I have a 4 1/2 inch blade in my car at all times. If my brother would have had a severe injury I would have done it without thinking just in one of those loosing your cool moments. And no i wasnt using my mobile phone, I never ever use one let alone while driving, I wasn't eating, wasn't taking pictures of anything just trying not to hit a 12 year old playing on a nice friday afternoon. Think of it this way, im so pissed I just made my 2 longests posts ever in any forum in 1 thread.
Did I mention it's not her car either?

Lucky you didn't get hit. Sadly, I can't say the same about my car.

Why? If you ever have an accident where the car flips or something you'll be ****ed!

But yeah stuff like that happens around here every day, you just have to try and stay calm and hope the cops see her do it!

What happened to yours? Please say it wasn't the Fc!
My FC is still in my posession but it isn't road safe at all, it had some bad rust on the frame rails and can't be put on the road. I have a friend who has the skills to fix the car himself that is buying it though.
His FC is gone I think.

The car in his avatar.

What happened though ND4SPD?

PB is correct, it was my Police Interceptor that was involved in a slight hit yesterday. I posted about it in the announcement's thread in the premo section but I'll make another thread for other's to see so I don't hijack this thread.

Been very close to being carjacked twice and It just makes me think of other things. My car is too crappy to get jacked though (knock on wood).

Came across a crash this morning at the shops, someone pulled out from the siding forcing a MPV to swerve into the path of another and the other one flipped. Everyone was okay, thankfully, as there were 2 kids in the one that flipped. It's a testament to the strength of modern day cars.

I have a e34. It weighs over 2 tons without fuel(20gallon tank) and has the unhumanly bareable power of 196hp to the crank. If someone wold hit me their car would turn to rubble.

If you were across the center line it would have been shared fault, I'm sure. Her sped would have been apparent from the damage level and the direction of the debris scatter, but the fact that she hit you in here lane would have been apparent, too.

Unless:

If you have to go around an obstacle, do it when there's nothing oncoming. Somebody coming in the opposite lane has the right of way unless they are far enough away that you can reasonably complete your maneuver without interference. Misjudging their speed is not an excuse, though; if you can see them, you should know they're coming too fast. But if you can't see them, i.e. around a curve, then being unsighted gives you an out. If the way ahead looks clear, and is clear far enough to give you several seconds at a reasonable speed, then you'd be OK.

My sister just went through this when she pulled in front of someone at a stop sign. They were speeding, but she saw them and knew this, and went anyway, thought she still had room. Accident was ruled her fault.

Is what your fault? If you're talking about the fact that you were on her side of the street, and almost get hit head-on then yes, it's definitely your fault.
Regardless of how fast or unsafely someone is driving, if they hit you head-on, and you're on their side of the road, the blame lies with you. Why did you only just notice her as you were pulling back in? You should've been paying attention to what was coming the other way before you pulled out to pass the kids. If the road wasn't clear, you should've stopped.

You need to be very careful with your language here.
What is the relevance of the skin colour of the driver?

"horisontally challenged colored woman(Read Fat ugly bitch)"

With this sentence you've basically implied that all short coloured women are fat and ugly. That's a racial slur. You are not allowed to post such ill-informed and narrow-minded nonsense here. Consult our AUP for further clarification.

Again, it's irrelevant if it's her car or not. She hits you, you're not on the correct side of the road, it's your fault.
With regards to the blade, is it legal where you live to keep a concealed weapon? If not, I'd once again consult our AUP about the discussion of illegal activities. ;)
As for you actually going through with the threat, regardless of circumstances, I'd seriously think about how much you enjoy your freedom, and whether you can acquire a taste for prison food or large amounts of High-Voltage electricity or lethal chemical injections since they're the things you'd have a likelyhood of being subjected too, if you touch someone with a blade, or worse actually take a life.
