I just had a thought while I was watching the GT3 intro on youtube. I opened up another tab, turned the sound to the GT3 intro off, then turned up the sound to the other music. So try this...


Mute the sound on this video completly...


then play this video when the video timer reads 03:42. Keep a close eye on the timer, then press play. You will be suprised how well the two work together! It does last longer than the GT3 intro, but they still go well. And only listen to the first song as there are two in the video.

Thanks Parnelli. Try playing the music at 03:39. It works even better that way. I've tested it. If anyone else wants to do what I have done then you are welcome to. Thats the whole reason I have created this thread! 👍
 
Do you ever flip channels so that you spontaneously create entire sentences? I do that sometimes.

Here's another one. Start it at 03:30. That way, it goes with the Supra pulling out of the garage and the rest of the video aswell!
 
I have replaced the video with the rock music on with a different video. It's still the same song, but this time, it's only that one song on the video.

P.S: And if anyone is intrested the music is Planet Hell by Nightwish!
 
This is gonna sound corny but I like your combined music video way better than the original GT3 intro with Lenny Krackitz's "Fly Away". :yuck: He shoulda called it "Go away". :lol: But then I don't particularly like Lenny Kravitz's music. His first album was great & progressive for the time it came out (late '80s) but since then he's become a cliche of himself, relying on the sound of his voice way too much while the music behind him has become way stale and unprogressive imo.

Any chance you could combine GT4's intro with something less retarded than opera music melding into Van Halen's Panama??? :yuck::crazy::ill:

Can I correct you on something Parnelli. The song is actually called ''Are You Gonna Go My Way''. Thats what it says in the original song if you listen carefully. 👍

As I said I'm not a fan of his...but what about GT4? Make us a new GT4 intro! :D and put it in the GT4 forum....it should be a smash hit!

Ok, but rember, I'm not actually making the videos. I'm just muting the sound on the intro and puting music to it.

Well, I have just got a laptop. So maybe I should add movie windows maker on to it. Then I would be able to make my own videos. I could also make a new intro for GT4, since the orginal was the crumiest intro in GT history, with the exception of GT Concept!

I'm glad you agree. For me it's in perfect order

Fave GT intro: Chemical Bros. remix (GT1)

2nd fave intro: Cardigans "Favorite Game" (GT2) (actually I kinda like the footage in this one better than the first sometimes, but I like the first game's music better).

3rd: GT3 Lenny "Krackitz" :yuck:

4th: GT4 opera blending into Van Halen :yuck::mad::dunce::banghead::grumpy::dunce::crazy::ill::indiff:

GT4 has the worst intro imo. I can't even watch it, I hate the music so much, which sucks since the footage is actually pretty sweet (with the Ford GT {Kazunori owns a Ford GT in real-life} sitting there while snow falls and stuff).

Yeah it happens sometimes. Things get slow around here especially after school starts. That's why you gotta come up with a GT4 split intro...more of us will comment :dopey:
