Alternative way of making and inserting Tracks?

The Track Path Creator sounded fantastic to me, but I find it very unfortunate to hear that the app for the feature has been taken down along with the rest of the online features.

Is there another way to use the Track Path Creator and put in Tracks in Gran Turismo 6 again? Maybe a PC Program recreating the App? I'd love to be able to race around Lake Akina, but I sadly can't.

There's a way that consists in unpacking PDIPFS, which are part of the GT6 data, create the track in .ted file on pc (also via the modded original app to use it on pc) and then repack all and copy that on PS3. But some people still having issues, some do it successfully.
