Am I allowed to promote my youtube account in the Motorsport section..

I am a amateur film maker who creates rally videos, i go to every BTRDA event and make videos from them and i was wondering if i was allowed to make a thread that would allow me to show them off? This is probably in the terms and conditions but i couldn't see it straight away. Cheers!
