Am I missing something?

I recently bought the new DLC content for GT5 and I have the U.S. version of the game. But when I checked my download list on the PS store, it doesn't say anything about the Stealth NSX car, I am also missing the theme but I'm not really worried about that.

Is there some code I have to type in after purchasing the DLC or am I just unlucky?

It may have been for a limited time. Or it's only from the full pack. Did you buy the full pack?

You only got the Stealth NSX and theme if you bought the complete pack by Nov. 7th. Sorry, but it looks like you missed it.

Yes, i bought the full pack. I didn't realize how much stuff actually came with it though. I know someone else had trouble because they didn't get the theme, but I've heard its pretty bad.
