Am I the Only Registered Member That Can't Download GT4 Videos?

Please Help........I became a member of this Forum because I just couldn't wait any longer for Gran Turismo 4 and had to at least see some video clips until it came out. Problem.....for some reason or another I can't download any video clips for GT4 anymore......I could the first day I became a member, but now I would like to see the new video clips, and all I keep getting is, "Our records show that you have already registered under the name of HPONTAP" when I try to resign in. If anybody can't help me that would be great......Thank You.
 
It sounds to me like you're still trying to register, even though you already have. Try the instructions listed on the download error page, that say to clear your temporary internet files and your cookies. The come back to the forums, sign in with your username and password, then return to the Downloads section and try clicking on the download links again.

Still getting this,"Are you still viewing this page even after you registered? If so, try logging out of your account, clearing your cookies and Temporary Internet Files, and then log back in to the forums and try it again."

I have logged out, got off the internet completely, then used Ultra WinCleaner to clean and clear all:
1. Internet Surfing Activity Cache
2. History of Visited Sites List
3. Internet Cookies
4. Typed URL Drop List
5. AutoComplete List for Web Page Fields
6. Temp and Junk Files

I have even run a Disk Clean up afterwards, and then logged back on and tried to download the new or any GT4 Videos and still can't. Anything you can do?
Please Help. Thank You Again.

It wouldn't let me download video's unless I chose Remember Me. Otherwise it kept asking me to log in even though I was already logged in.

Thank You Cardude2004.......Problem Solved.

If anyone else is having problems downloading GT4 Videos and you still getting this,"Are you still viewing this page even after you registered? If so, try logging out of your account, clearing your cookies and Temporary Internet Files, and then log back in to the forums and try it again." Then when you sign in you need to select Remember Me. Don't ask me why, but it appears to work. Even as I type this reply I am downloading a new GT4 video right now. Can't wait to see it.

Wow, that solution to the problem is glaringly obvious to me now! I understand how it works, and hopefully I can fix this problem now. I should have caught that earlier, my bad HPONTAP.
 
Jordan you are a pimp. Good job with everything on here. You really get my respect for running such a class website. I've been on this place for a while, but I've never really told you how good of a job you do. Thanks again buddy.

No problem Jordan.........your Forum has got alot of members here. I knew it would only be a matter of time before someone figured it out. Anyway like I said before.......anybody else having problems getting your videos, just make sure the box Remember Me is checked of.

Good job on the web site, but mostly on the videos.
