Amazon pack code 16 digits?

Hi, I have a question about this...
I has bought the GT6 from Amazon preorder, but the code provided by them is 16 digits (XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX format) I has chated with customer service, but they insist that the code is valid.

Anyone know what to do with this code? I'm almost sure that the codes were in a 12 digits format, but they hardly insist.

The code I got when I bought the game was of 12 digits (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

Did you try this code trought PS Store and trought the game too?
 
No I don't ... yet. But I was sure too that code's format was 12 digits.
I will try it soon, mister chispa.
 
Are you getting the 16 digit code off of the receipt or the card inside the game case? The one in the case should be a 12 digit code, at least mine was.
 
Thanks Joel, of course the **** 16 digits code is not PSN compatible hahaha
I must try harder with Amazon chat support.
