AMD MSI 7870 to EVGA 670 FTW

Hi all.:) In July of 2012 I was able to purchase a PC with some tips and info from some awesome guys on this forum. Well in about a week or so I'll be receiving a EVGA 670 FTW from a friend of mine that is going to trade me for my AMD MSI 7870. The question I have is what kind of process I need to go through to switch these cards. Thank you in advance for any help.👍
 
Not much out of the ordinary.

Power down, take the old card out, put the new card in and power it up.

Install Nvidia drivers and call it a day. No real "tricks" to be concerned with. If you want, uninstall the catalyst drivers to rid your system of that infectious disease. :D

Thanks for the info. I figured there wasn't a lot I had to do but just wanted to make sure. :lol: on the disease part. And yes I will enjoy.:)

Well according to some benchmark's I've seen online this should be a decent step up for me.:) So that's got me fairly excited.:drool:
