Mercedes-AMG's One Is Not Coming to America

Mercedes-AMG blames regulations will keep it out of the United States.

This is pretty disappointing, considering that the AMG ONE has been in development hell for over five years and has been a cover car for Forza Horizon 5.

I doubt it. Show & Display will probably be granted for it just like the Speedtail that's also not technically legal in the US.

They’re all going to be sitting in (hopefully) climate controlled warehouses 99.9% of the time, I couldn’t care less about the fact none of those warehouses will be in the U.S.

And FFF drives their Speedtail around Columbus all the time lol. They've probably had one of these on order for a while.

For me a pure disappointment. Nothing that more spectacular what Porsche, Ferrari and McLaren didn't already build 10 years ago. Using the F1 engine just makes it worse with a limited topspeed and horrendous reliability and maintenance costs while heavily relying on the electric engines with very limited battery capacity.

Also car is sold out for some years now so I don't think the headline will scare many billionaires.
