American Indy B Spec what tyres did you use??

In the American championship in B Spec at Indy, im reduced to using intermediate race tyres as the car get nowhere on hard sports tyres is this the same for everyone? As i heard from a friend Lofty Assmarrgod that some havent got a prob using soft racing tyres in B Spec
 
Soft tires lasted the whole race for me on B Spec and A Spec. It depends on the car and the set up though.
 
I always use the best tires allowed except in the Enduros where a harder tire could save a pit stop or two. In the Roadster enduro I used Sports Medium and only had to make one stop. The AI were making 3 stops on Sports Soft.

Hmm B spec doesnt give me the option to use soft tyres it was eith hard sports or Intermediate race tyres

Yeah, you can't use soft tyres because it clearly says ''RACING HARD''..

The intermediates you're using are rain tyres!!

When you go into the American Championship and the two races appear (Indy on the left and Laguna on the right), look to the right of the little white helmet in the middle of the screen, that's where the tyre requirements are.

Go buy yourself some racing hard tyres and you'll be fine at Indy, Laguna though, different matter, that's not quite as easy as Indy..
 
I dont remember for sure lol, but if you have a car with adjustable aerodynamics, increase those to max and it should be able to go full throttle around the corners even on hard tires. Thats what I did with the GT Spec II Test Car.
