I don't think that is paint. Its amazing what the wonders of Vinyl will do to any car/truck.

Do you know people are getting paid to put Vinyl Advertisments on their cars/trucks. I think its only in major metro's. Same thing they did to this truck.

Oh and the reason its a Chevy... I am sure they wanted to use the same truck that is used by the FBI, CIA, Sercert Service, as well as the military.
