AMG expert event 4 help

I've been trying to get the last sector of the ring down for the last few hours and im becoming immensely frustrated... I nailed the others including the final test with gold on the first try but this one has me ready to throw my controller through my tv. Am I missing something here?

btt: try to watch some videos of the ring @youtube mby. this helps to get an idea for the racingline. there are several topics about the amg school. just use the search and you´ll get more answers (from me, too. ;) ) sry, i don´t wanna post all the things i said about it again m8.

All i remember about the wet test was i used traction control what are your settings on them, but not on the dry ones ?

ive tried no tcs, tcs 5 and asm, closest ive gotten is a 130.1xx

what do you reccomend?
 
ABS 10, TCS 5, ASM off, Active Steering Strong.
 
It is that long ago since i did it .. I remember on one of them i was fractions of a secound out always (4th section) .. I ended up cutting the chicane and gaining gold. It took a few attempts also until the car slidethe right way across the grass and landed on the track safely but it did cut the time down.
 
abs 3 tcs 3 everything else off with ds3, -2 controller sensitivity

I found the traction control holds it back too much let the sheels spin a bit but you HAVE TO stay on the driving line where there is more grip

i just done them last week cos i only had silvers
 
what also helps is to (like it says in the description of that test) drive a middle-middle-middle racing line. it might sound ridiculous, but it´s indeed the right way when it´s wet on the ring

Turn TCS off, it won't help in the rain. Anyone who says it does is a tard.

Just seriously slow down a huge amount, nail the apex, and get back on the gas as soon as you can.

Short shift to avoid wheel spin at higher speeds.
 
Use MT.
Problem solved.
AMG rain was a walk in the park, for me at least.
Only beginner Sector 4 was hard (then I switched to MT and golded on 2nd try), rest I golded on max. 3 tries.

Then i must be a "tard" But a "Tard" that platinumed the game by using TC in the rain !!!

Never get personally insulting mate there is no need for it ever.

Clearly takes one to know one. Traction control no help in the rain? Bwaahahah!

Just shortshift which means - use MT.

Also who cares if you platinumed it? Have a cookie.

:tup:dont use tcs, add abs if you want. manual trasmission is obligatory. for me its only a question of setting. i remember that my times was way faster than the gold.
