I need a lot of help,

The top one is a guys tune, the bottom is my tune, we have the same setup and cars, for some reason his gearing is at 130, but mine tops out at 108, I seriously cannot figure out what to do, may you guys please help me out?

Judging by his metric power/torque/weight units and your imperial ones, it's 130km/h.

Set your ratio to match at 2.455 and you'll see 80 or 81mph.

Okay, but also im sorry to but on another vid this guys was at 119 but im not so sure it was metric, if should be tho. Thank you so much!!
