An external issue...

I have an accomdata 250GB external HDD that I use to back everything up from pictures to movies to music. I connect it to my PS3 and it didnt show up. But when I connect my flash drive (FAT 32) it shows up

So what I need to do is re-format my external HDD to FAT-32 right?

But it wont let me choose FAT or FAT-32

I'm not sure if you have to format it as FAT-32, but if you do you need to do something like this:

Maximum partition size in FAT32 is 32 gigs.

Like I said in my first post, this is for my PS3 since it only sees FTA-32 drives.

Reading the actual thread, you find that the PS3 (where he wants to use it sometimes) doesn't recognize NTFS, only FAT or FAT32.
