It needs to be able to open several file types. Those below are most important to me. I'd prefer if a single app could open all file types.
  • epub
  • mobi
  • pdf
  • crb / cbz
Any ideas? It doesn't have to be free but if it is I'd very much like it to be advertising free. Else I'd gladly pay a few Euros.

Thanks TB, that's looking great. It can't work with PDF files (accd. to their website) but the Adobe Reader can work around that - cheers. :)

Another one to look at is FB Reader, my personal favorite. Cool Reader is nice, but it forces the display into portrait mode. Normally this would be what you want, but it's nice to have the option.

Another choice is Aldiko, which does support .pdf files. However the free version is ad-supported. I used to have Aldiko installed, but since I also had both Cool Reader and FB Reader (not to mention the kindle app, nook app, and Google's book reader which I never use and can't delete) I axed Aldiko. It's not worth having around, IMO, if you already have Adobe.

Again, my opinions here.

Alright, I'll give FB reader a go tomorrow. What's bugging me about Cool Reader is that the background is looking like it's some sort of 1292032013 year old book. Also, I've purchased A Comic Viewer.
