wfooshee Rather ride my FJR Premium Messages 5,115 Panama City, FL Mar 8, 2007 #5 Definitely needs to be downsized, that one's over 55K. Don't know of a freebie, since I have access to the Adobe suite. In my own avatars, I've had to give up a lot of color depth to get them to fit in 20K.

Click to expand... Yeah, my current avatar started life with 3x as many frames and much larger. I really had to pare it down to make the 20k file size.
