Anniversary Edition Question

Hello,
Been playing a rented version of GT6 and am quite far along with it.
Am looking at picking up an Anniversary Edition so I can get the bonus cars.
Question is, as you can imagine, will I lose my current progress?
I'm halfway through the Ia races and have golded all licenses, would really hate to do it all again.

No, you won't lose any of your progress, cars or money. The AE cars you get will just be added to your garage.
