annoying onlineF1 2010-2016

Hi, I am really annoyed by the Sprint mode in online.. I can't drive in the first corner before I get crashed into and then I get a 5- for crash starter when I drive so clean as posible -.- pleas help me I try to come first but all the time some idiot crash in my back or get me to slide its so annoying.
