It was a bad day at the office for film producer Daniel Sadek yesterday, when an actor wrote off his rare $2 million Ferrari Enzo.
The red sports car was one of just 400 Enzo's made between 2002 and 2004.
The crash happened at California's Irwindale Speedway, where comedian Eddie Griffin was practicing for a charity race to promote the film Redline.
The comedian crashed the car into a barricade. He was unhurt in the low-speed incident.
Known best for his roles Undercover Brother and Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, Griffin stars in the new comedy, which was produced by Sadek.
Griffin was not injured in the accident, but Sadek was more than a little shaken by the crash, reports People magazine.
"I'm glad Eddie came out of the crash okay, but my dream car got destroyed," Sadek told People.
"I went to my trailer for about 15 minutes and I thought, 'There's people dying every day. A lot of worse things are happening in the world.' "
