Hey, I'm new to this forum. Not the game. Heh, anyways, I've been playing this game for a while.. actually, from since it came out. But off that.. I started drifting because my friend Ricky (Konig32), was doing it, then when I did it, I decided to try and get better, I have.. but nowhere as good as some other videos I've seen. Anyways, I can try to get a vid or 2 up.. I think? And some background info about me. Name is Rich, you can refer to me with that, or my username, I'm 15 years old, I'm into a lot of different things, like R/C cars, video games, computers, biking, TV, music, and other things. That's basically it. Later.

welcome to GTP drifting in GT3 section, if u have any problems feel free to pm me or the other vets on this board and aim me if u have any questions or trobles

You know what's so funny? People with Civic's who think they can beat Chevys. I laugh so damn hard. If you're one of these people, you're a retard.

There are plenty of Civics that can beat plenty of Chevys and vice versa. In conclusion, if you're narrow-minded enough to think that Civics are incapable of being fast, you are in fact a moron.

Harsh as it may be, he is right. Any car is capable of beating any other car if tuned properly ;)

Well fixed up civics are EXTREMELYY fast, and can smoke a Chevy ne day, if you even knew about cars

Well true... but I bet a fixed up (or for in my words tuned up) Chevy, Ford, Dodge would be able to teach a Civic a thing or two, not that I disrespect civics or anything (they are okay I guess, they are unfornate targets for ricers though and that's why I doubt I'll get one, if it were 5 years ago MAYBE since they are good...at the least... and tuned even better...)... it's a mater of situation, the car(s), tuning and above all the driver.

Of cousre a tuned Civic could beat somethig like say, a Camaro Z28, it could probally take an R32 Skyline GTR while it's at it, espically if both the Chevy and Nissan are bone stock, if that tuned civic was up against tuned variations of said cars (such as my 380bhp Z28 Camaro that's tuned for track racing...my one of my own monsters...*evil laugh*...) it would be a differnet story, espically if you throw in drivers. But it all depends, one can't say a car will beat or lose to another unless you throw everything or as much as you can anyway into account.

If noting else... then my quote under my signature by Fujiwara Takumi from Initial D episode 3 Stage 2.

That's just me.

As for MSHBKS34, welcome to GTP, I hope you enjoy your stay, I would be on AIM but that's only every 6 weeks or so (if I'm lucky) just drop by a PM or something and I'll try to respond (hard when a computer network fails at ramdom but...)... if I am on AIM, feel free to talk unless I actually state otherwise, I can be somewhat helpfull as far as FR's go at the least.

Till later.

ive got plenty of vids of civics whipping up on modded vipers, supras, camaros, etc. these are no 12 or 13 sec cars either, more like 10-11 sec cars. keep that in mind if you ever pull up to a clean looking civic and want to race him. they may have something, or they may not have anything at all!
ah well, welcome to GTP and enjoy your stay!

you keep thinking that.. but note, thats just MY opinion. I understand you think otherwise, but thats MY opinion. So don't go beating my a** on an opinion. I can see you like to start people off with a witty comment eh?

Your opinion on the subject is wrong. If you had said "Chevys are better than Civics" that would be a valid opinion, one that you could actually defend. However, saying that a Civic can't beat a Chevy can be proven to be false simply by posting 1/4 mile times of a a Civic SI versus a stock Cavalier. I don't think the Civic is faster. It just is.

Ok, lets stop with this before it turns into an Import vs. Domestic war, ok?
lets get back on topic so it doesnt get locked, and MSHBKS34 i suggest that you change your siggy up a lil(no offence) so it doesnt start anything else.
anyways, Welcome, again, Drift hard and Drift safe.

MSHBKS34, you must never seen ne real life racers, or drags, go get some knowledge of real life cars, even few chevys can ever beat civics, civics can have alot more mods to the car than a chevy

actually, white, id have to say your wrong that imports can have more mods than domestics. both sides have an equal number of mods that can be done. im not saying that they are the same mods, but they are pretty equal. imports might slightly outweigh chevys because most imports are a massive computer on wheels, so you can do quite a bit with that being said. but in the end they are pretty equal.

Well 1st off i wasnt talking about imports, i was talking specifically about civics personally.....2nd off, I only think that a civic can beat a chevy, but you are also right about everything you said..👍

I wasn't comparing with a Cavalier you retard. You like to open your mouth before you think about what to say don't you? I was comparing to older Chevys. Street Rods. Man dude, you gotta fricken chill or something. Alright, done with, I'll fix my signature since you decided to make this into a big thing. Next time, THINK before you SPEAK. And don't give me no bulls*** that you thought about it, because as it seems, you don't think before you speak.

your taking about a civic, OK. but you are talking about a civic, which is an import. therefore you are talking about an import.

but yes, anything can beat anything with the right mods and tuning. there was a 10 sec civic around here, street driven. i saw it about everyday in the summer, or at least once a week. you werent able to tell it was a 10 sec car from the outside, besides the cage. it was fast, it could, and would beat about anything on the street that was brave enough to challenge him.

It's all good. I just read your signature and laughed at the ignorance. I don't know if you just didn't really read what you typed or just assumed that people would understand that you were talking about "good" Chevys and not "bad" Chevys, but I just felt compelled to comment on it. Either way, I think that you need to take your own advice and think before you post. If you do that, I doubt we'll find ourselves in a situation like this again.

to me, any car's cool...FF, FR, MR, AWD--nothing really matters except how YOU drive and how effect your techniques are. my main point is, if you think a certain car or drivetrain isn't good--think to yourself first if theres something wrong with how you drive.

welcome MSHBKS34, enjoy your stay here and look out for the best of vids!!
