I've tried using almost all of the suggested set-ups on the Toyota 7 here, but it doesn't matter what my B-Spec driver does because he still hits the wall at the chicane even when I tell him to slow down. The best I've done on the Expert Historic Cup is 5th at Monaco and I've tried every setup I know and I still crash.

It doesn't who starts in front of me if the car even at low speeds can't out-accelerate a goat.

my b-spec dude was in 1st place the whole race then on the last lap i decide to go get a drink, i come back, the race is over and b-dude is 2nd place with silver, i used a fully tuned Toyota 7, oh well i will try again later.

Never mind,

Un-freaking-believable.

Using my 2nd driver at lvl 13 in a 330 P4, he managed to win the race due to extreme stupidity on the part of the AI. For some inexplicable reason, the 2J's in traffic have a tendency to either smack into the wall at the chicane or the inside wall at the last corner. Because the AI did this, both the 2J and the 7's were stuck far behind me and my driver gradually worked his way up to the lead, finally taking it in a spirited battle from Casino Square to the Loews Hairpin with a Mark IV and won by 1+ seconds. I am so pleased.
