ooooookkkkkaaayyyyyy.......Ya just gotta spend an hour or 2 messing around with the settings, be sure not too save it, but itll help ya get used to what does what.

Take a look at this post. TUNING THREAD The guy that started it has over 110 tune-ups, and takes requests for more. Pretty helpful, but I think once you get the hang of it, you'll prefer to do your own tuning.
