Any chance of getting Logi to officially support the G Pro wheel base on Linux?

I know it's unprecedented for a lot of these brands (all of them?) to expect any official support for linux, but seeing that @LOGI_Rich is pretty active on here I figured I'd ask the man himself.

With Linux seemingly gaining traction in recent days (with the end of Win10 support looming the community is pushing for linux adoption, the release of official Steam OS, distros like Bazzite for gaming, leaps in improvements in Proton, etc), I'm hoping this wheel can be supported sooner than later. Linux is a very viable OS for gaming now. So what do you say Rich? What better way to gain goodwill with this community than to pave the road to a new niche that nobody seems to have entered yet? though Fanatec seems to have the best [unofficial] support on linux right now... cough cough

I've recently converted all of my Windows computers to Linux, and only 1 or 2 have dual boot into Windows specifically for sim racing, and more specifically for this wheel base. I've even tried QEMU/KVM GPU passthrough to remove the barrier of dual boot, but currently device config and passing through USB devices can become a pain. I don't have any fancy gear like bass shakers, motion or other haptics, and my shifter and handbrake don't need special drivers to work. So for me the wheel base is the only reason I have Windows installed on those computers.

I'd gotten Assetto Corsa and Content Manager working perfectly fine on a debian install almost 2 years ago (I'm using fedora now, though). I had a different wheel base at the time, and everything worked except force feedback, and that wheel base looks like it has support now. It would be great to finally get rid of the Windows install if we could get this working for the DD11/Pro (or whatever you want to call it), with the cherry on top if it arrives just in time for the release of AC Evo. The automatic profile switching comes in clutch on PC, and I'm not sure how far the community has gotten with the unofficial support for this, but maybe something can be worked on together.
