Been struggling with this car a lot (both non swapped and with its 2 engine swaps) it seems no matter how stiff the suspension is, how low the front downforce is, how high the front ride height is and how far to the front my brake balance is the car always oversteers into medium/low speed corners, and almost always spins out under breaking (if not going directly straight). I feel lile it wouldnt be as bad if the front Natural Frequency wasnt capped at 2.7.. but.. well it is.

Any help is appreciated

The easiest fix is to add ballast to the front. Even 30kg can make a huge difference and make you faster overall.

Other things that reduce oversteer when braking are:
-Max rear anti roll bars, reduced front
-Rear Natural Frequency higher than front
-Making sure rear camber isn't higher than the front
-Adding front toe out

Front toe out is what I usually find helps most. Most of these are a bit opposite to real life, but it does work in Gran Turismo logic.
