I rented GT4. and ill have it for another 4 days, but heres the problem...

the ps2 isnt mine, and i dont have a memory card on me, and i really wanted to test out the simulation mode.

so heres the question, would it be possible to get into simulation mode without having a memory card?

thanks

i dont think u can play without a memory card. i know it sucks, i rented gt4 too.

Nopers. Unfortuantly, no memory card means no playing simulation. :indiff:

cant you take the auto save off and run around in GT mode w/out saving?

Nope - it still autosaves even with autosave turned off, it just does it less.

If you turn off Autosave in Options, you can enter GT Mode and look around, you just won't be able to change cars

Yep, it's PD's histerical(sp?) attempt to stop cheating like buying a car and not saving, test-driving it then resetting the game if one doesn't like it......I think :)

try out arcade cause thats also pretty good you still have a bunch of cars (more then GT3)

I think it's PDs way of telling Sony that the PS2 needs another stick of memory...

The PS3 will already have another stick of memory.....and a 480$ price tag :(

the PS3 will have a hard drive right? i'll be kinda mad if its doesn't ori can just go ask a bud of mine to give it a hard drive cause he can do that ****.

wow, havent been on in a while,
I ended up playing arcade, then buying a memory card...just for the game, then a couple of days later, buying the game:), thx for the help

I heard it was going to have a 20gig removable drive, but this is probably best continued in the PS3 forums. :)
