Any help on License IB-1?

I was having trouble on IB-1. I watched the example, and it didn't work. It also automatically applies the throttle, even when I'm not holding the Accelerate button. I also can't turn off the Skid Recovery Force, which I think is the main reason I'm not achieving Gold. I can only get a Silver.

Shift down with a good rhythm, this will improve deceleration profoundly.
