Any Monster Rancher Players/Tecmo Fans?

I saw nothing of this game being discussed, so I was curious as to if anybody played, but were in hiding.

That said, does anybody know of this franchise or fires up games from this establishment? I myself have not touched it in a while, what with GT4 and everything else...
