Anyone familiar with Mystery Science Theatre 3000?

Me been a rare breed of Mystery Science Theatre 3000 fan, would like to find out, if there are any Mysties left, lol. Mysties = Mystery Science Theatre 3000 fan or MST3K for short ;]
Hmmmm, why is MST3K my fav comedy?
Quite simple, its funniest comedy i have every seen, its a Comedy about a man been subjected to the worst movies ever produced by hollywood, he is forced to watch them in a satellite orbiting earth, to keep his sanity, he built a few robots to keep im company. sounds sad eh? lol, well not totally anyway i can assure u

Best part is, they sit in a Cinema Backdrop, and their portrayed are 3 silhouetes of the 3 main characters, and they throw the best wisecracks during the film. Sounds boring n pointless, Yeh, but i dun care, every ep is a masterpiece, simply better than anything else. For u UK ppl who ave sky movies, MST3K - The movie shows everynow n then, u just gotta look around sky movies selection carefully...

alrightey, whats even wierder is, i am a UK citizen! How many UK ppl are their that like, or have even heard of MST3K!? not many i am guessing...
I am gettin a MST3K, now, guessing that their might be that slim chance, another 'Mystie' exists, then i am asking... and i am also aiming at those ppl who own any of the DVD releases by Rhino videos...
What is the 'Best', aka, funniest MST3K volume available, 1,2,3,4,5....?
Im thinkin about gettin Volume 5, because simply, i have not seen any of the eps on it, but i wud also like volume 4, coz, it had the funniest ep i ave seen of them all - 'Overdrawn at the memory Bank', n 3 other movies also.
Anyhelp, any suggestions? most appreciated

I have caught it a couple of times, very late at night, on terestrial telly. I actually thought it was quite funny 👍
 
alright, kool, i didn't kno it was on Terrestrial. My bro said he saw it once on normal Tv one time, maybe he was tellin the truth this time...haha
Yeh, i still think its an unrecognised Comedy, but i suppose thats because, lack of support n probably lack of media knowledge or bascally its old news, ah well, a man can dream tho, a man can dream. I guess most people won't look around for a good comedy.
heh, i first Watched MST3K on Sci-fi like in 2000 i think.
 
yeh, much better than many comedies of its time, infact, even today, it totally destroys any other comedy on the laugh-o-meter. ha!
U might be able to catch the MST3K movie on Sky movies sometime(if ur in britain, and go sky movies) i have not got a timetable of show times. but, i have seen the movie 3 times, i still haven't finished holind my sides, real funny stuff, im laughin at the same joke i laughed at a month ago, lol...sounds sad, but, like, it dam well funny enough, and the show still goes unrecognised as a comedy classic. More unique than any other comedies, and yet, it worked so well. Though i have to admit, though many people like, and would like it, i still think, not in everyones taste...
still kool show right.
