Any new racing games where you can customized like NFS:U??

Are there any newer racing games where you can customize your cars like put wide body kits, crazy paint, rims and all that good stuff like Need for Speed Underground back in the day? Ive been wanting to play something like that for awhile

If you don't mind something that's a few years old, Midnight Club Los Angeles and Juiced 2 are very good if you're after a similar experience to NFSU. As far as actually new games, I can't think of anything except NFS World as suggested above. Forza is good if you have an Xbox but there's no wide body kits or exhaust tips or anything like that. It's just wheels, bumpers, spoilers and a nice livery editor.
