Are any vehicles of those era going to be featured in this game?

Nope. Something they'd like to do, but I'd rather they concentrate on the fundamentals first... Which they seem to be doing 👍

Codemasters said they were looking at it, and that it was something they'd like to incorporate, but they found licencing individual cars was very difficult. With just 20 days until the game is released, it's unlikely they will be included.

I believe Steven Hood mentioned that the team would like to do classic F1 racers....but said it would be DLC if anything at all.

Maybe in 2012?

Question is: does the FIA still hold the license for said era or did they sell it to some other company already?

The FIA and FOM do not hold the licence for an "era". The teams hold the licences for their own cars, but the licence to produce the 2011 game is made with FOM. That licence is what restricts Codemasters from venturing out from the current season.
