Any tuner want to provide one base car

I been trying different cars on 600pp and not having much success, could be i'm not a good driver, could be my driving style does not suit that car, could be my settings are rubbish. So was thinking obviously new members join up all the time with varying degree's of talent, looking to improve their style or their car set up, so thought it may be a good idea if we could have a base car for each track with the settings to remain the same however they have been tuned by that supplier, so new/novice/experienced drivers can record a lap time to compare with others knowing that they have used the same car therefore noticing their improvements, for me don't know about other drivers it can be frustrating seeing times posted for a modified tune which you dont have and you are some way off, meaning your settings are way off or your just that rubbish you should start selling hot dogs at the race venues instead.
I suppose it would be like the GT5 time trials online but for us here at GTP not to see whose fastest, we know who the good drivers are here at the GTP, but to guage are standard and improvement, what you think?
 
I can provide a 600 PP Z06 setup soon, won't win races but has that degree of technicality that will sort the men from the boys, good for time trial comparos I guess. It's not really hard to use, but it's not really easy either. Plus I have a misson to get as many drivers sitting in GM cars as possible.:p
 
The Z06 would be fine, like i say its not about the driver re-tunning it to suit himself, more so a driver can use that car with those settings, clock a time and compare to other times posted(hopefully), so if times are close, you know your doing ok, if way off, then a overhaul of the way you race is probably needed
