Any of you GTP'ers dressing up for the big night? I am always looking for excuses to act like a kid so I will be dressing up as a viking this year. Whats everyone else doing?

I'm dressing myself up as a present/gift and throwing a huge name tag on me that says "To: Women, From: God".

I've done it before with some good reactions, plus it makes one hell of a conversation starter at a party. :D 👍

 Excellent! I'm not sure about what I'm going as, I'll be picking up my costume sometime this week, as I'm going to a party on Friday. :)

That reminds me of the picture of the guy with the box over his face that has 2 holes cut in it. It says "free mammograms, place boobs here"

I'm still not sure, but I saw a shirt that said "This invisible man costume is defective" the other day, got a laugh.

From,
Chris.

So those of you who know me may be well aware that I'm the "anti-emo" in some cases. Sure, I've got the long hair and whatnot, but I'm far too positive to ever get around to being one.

So, I'm going as an Emo Kid. I figure I'll get some of that black hair dye, plenty of black eye liner, some emo band tee shirt and a bunch of fake cuts that I can put on my arms and wrists and head-out. Some people will get it, others probably won't. I just want an excuse to try something different I guess.

I will admit that I am occasionally jealous of the "scene" kids' hair...

im not..i'll probably be helping distribute the candy. Im too old for halloween and got too much homework on my hands. Plus the toronto raptors season opening is on the 31st:dopey:

I didnt know you could be too old for halloween. I'm gonna be 21 this november and I am still dressing up. Last year I was a pirate and I went around the neighborhood sword fighting with the little kids.

If it's not raining, I might wear my Kendo bogu. Who knows.

 thats a good one Boz Mon....sword fighting at the age of 20 with other kids 👍

In the past, I've just been using Masks and my regular clothes, seems to work fine with me

Not going! My kids are too old to go.
I will likely be the scary looking dude handing out crap loads of candy to a bunch of mostly cute little people.

Hopefully this year, I will be able to do it again. I got a SWEET sword from the costume store. :dopey:

Heres a quick pic I snapped. Sorry for the blurryness, its dark in my room so I had to use a slow shutter speed.

GORILLA SUIT FTMFW!

My girlfriend is really embarassed that I'm a geek, so I'm considering coming to school with a (Red, of course) Star Trek shirt/pants deal. 'Twould be fun to see her squirm.

Damn... just haven't decided on mine yet...

Might just go the easy route and face-paint myself. It's cheap.

But I want to do this

While that would be awesome, it doesn't look comfortable...

Wow, that transformers thing is AWESOME.

edit: But this is better:

I hate Halloween, too. I can't seem to keep my hands off those damn chocolates. Though, seeing the boys dress up is a lot of fun.

Odd, but right now the large full moon looks like a giant pumpkin. It's orange from all the fire smoke. Weird.

I'm going to a party but it's outside (it's a bonfire) and it's going to be cold, I think I'm going to be a hiker or something and just wear my Northface stuff that keeps me warm. I've never been to much into Halloween, nor have I been much into partying, but hey a chick asked me to go with her so I figured why not.

This will likely be one of the coldest Halloweens we've had in a while... I seem to recall one not too long ago that was wet, and although it wasn't spectacularly cold, the wetness seemed to magnify it...

I remember 14 years ago we had snow for halloween (I'm over the border in Ontario) which really sucked. Nothing like having to tell people what you were dressed up as because your costume was being covered by your winter coat. :ouch:
