Anyone else noticed the additional "save" message flash??

I noticed the other day whilst creating and saving some liveries that an additional "save" icon flashes above the "online save" icon.

Does this mean that it may well be saving it on your hard drive as well as online now? Or has it always been there but I just haven't noticed till now?

Pretty sure it wasn't there before the most recent update...........

It's been known that some game data is saved locally. I would assume that since the update granted offline use of livery, scapes, and career modes, that there is now a locally saved redundancy.
