Anyone else think GT6 will be a flop?

GT5 was a disappointment and i believe GT6 will be too.

Everything i have seen about GT6 has pointed once again to PD having the wrong priorities. It seems like the things they do we'll are going to be marginally improved but the things they do wrong aren't going to change at all (which is 90% of everything)

The cars still sound like garbage, the sense of speed and G-force is still terrible, there has not been one word mentioned about how they have improved the depth of the game or how they have improved the actual "racing"

The improvement of Gran Turismo as a "video game" appears to be taking a back seat to pointless obsessions that PD loves to create for itself. They would rather spend a month getting the A-piller angle perfect on a Miata instead of making another championship series.

I know i know go play Forza blah blah. We'll if GT6 isn't a massive step forward on GT5 then i just might have too.
 
You're basing this off a pre-mature demo, a trailer, and various interviews to say that it will flop?

It's really too early to decide.

The only thing that looks better is the body roll. Everything else is exactly the same.

Oh and standard cars? Bahaha are they serious. It's 2013 and they are still using cars that we're modeled on the PS2 to drive the total car number up? LAZY!
 
How can you say everything is the same when you haven't had your hands on the game?
 
Another gt6 cry thread, first off it should be in the gt6 forum, secondly you bought gt5 and will probly buy gt6 so wait till then to complain about a game that hasnt even been released.

I will buy GT6.

All i'm saying is that GT6 appears to be a marginally improved version of GT5. Considering GT5 was a disaster that's not good enough.

When i saw that side by side video of the two games i struggled to notice which one was GT6. Then i saw the body roll and i said cool....... that's it.

Seems a bit out of touch. The sales figures disagree with you, and I suspect a fair few on here will do so too.

GT5 has been the best £40 I've ever spent. Ever.

Well, apart from this one time, at band camp...

Not really.

I love cars and have since i was a child so it's easy for me to find long term enjoyment out of the game BUT if you look at GT5 from a video game stand point it's extremely shallow.

The people who are still playing GT5 from release are doing it because they love cars. That's the only reason.
 
I love cars, but I also love the game. I'm sure if cars were the only factor, they/we wouldn't be playing a video game.
 
Dissapointing? yes... a flop? I don't think so.
