Anyone elsehad this issue???

I was playing B-Spec seasonal and made it through the first race ok, but after the second the screen moved very slow and so did the music, then although the game was still running I lost the use of the controllers. Has anyone else had this before?

And now it has just frozen as I have tried to go into the game?!

Yes, I had something similar a few days ago - I had just completed a race in a series in b spec (can't remember which), when suddenly the cursor wasn't there and the controller didn't do anything. Had to switch off using the power button on the front. It hasn't happened since, so fingers crossed...
