Anyone ever use Lending Tree for a loan?

Hey all, need some help here. I may need to find a loan fairly quick and I was wondering if anyones ever used Lending Tree to get a loan? Any good/bad experiences? I might be lookin for about a $5500-6000 personal loan. Any other suggestions besides goin to my bank? (i mean i do plan on tryin my bank, but anywhere else I might try?) Somthing w/ about a 4 or 5 year term, or at least payments below, say, 150 a month. Anyways, any help would be appreciated.
 
and just so everyone knows...when i say fairly quick, i mean, like in the next couple weeks. But i dont know yet. (found a car that may be worth purchasing, but I havent had a chance to call on it yet and find out if its in good enough shape, or if its even still for sale, but i just wanna try to get all my bases covered so that if its as good as i hope it is, i can jump on it right away)
 
I did use Lending Tree, and got a couple of good quotes on my mortgagae refinance. It ended up being easier to refinance through my existing lender, but I got decent quotes from the places at Lending Tree. I'd try it if I were you, and see what you get. You're not under any obligation until you actually sign the paperwork, anyway.
