Anyone experiencing a slight hiccup before and after races?

I've noticed before and after races the game tends to lag for a quick sec. It happens right when the countdown goes from 1 to start at a standing start. Or if you're doing a rolling start, all the cars will just freeze for a second while everything in the background still moves. It also occurs once you pass the finish line.

Anyone else notice this? Or is this just a problem on my end?
 
Disable custom soundtrack, worked for me and other players.
 
Ah.. Thank you! It worked for me as well. Might as well have it disabled for the time being, since the custom bgm isn't working properly anyways.
 
Try holding your breath for as long as you can, helps with hiccups.
