anyone from the philippines and in the medical field

My wife is writing a paper for her MLT finals and is doing it on medical equipment used in a philippine medical lab. I know this is a long shot, but we can't find anything online about it. She should have picked another country, but there was a doctor where she was doing her clinicals from there, but now she has moved and no longer can talk to him.

Any help would be great. We've tried google and haven't came up with anything useful at all.
