Anyone going to make a Rally series?

I love rally and would love it if anyone can start one. If anything, I can start one up and have it managed by someone else. I don't have the time to manage a series but I already thought up regulations, cars, tracks, rules, etc. If anyone would like to manage this kind of series, let me know and we can work together to make this happen.
