Anyone good with electronics?

I have designed a Lab Power Supply that uses a LM317.

The input voltage is 15V
The potentiometer will be 10KOhm(R2) and other resistor is 850Ohm.
I also have designed a fan to keep the LM317 cool on a 12v NC relay with the coil wired up to the output voltage thus activating the relay when voltage drops.

Also LED turns on when the fan kicks in.

The whitebox is the jiffybox that it will be housed in, the blue box is the PCB board.

Have I designed it correctly?

I'm at (electronics) college right now but I can take a look properly when I get home tonight, if not then I'll take a look tomorrow, that is if you still need someone to take a look then.
