I have the stock mechanical limiter it requires which is what seems to be needed for this sample. I made a zero drag replacement limiter hence mine is presently a pencil holder.
[BTW I'm swapping out different motors but before I did I tried running the ones in place directly. As in power right to the motor leads. The wheel turns with 0.23 volts applied to the motor inputs. When warmed up (cuts brush drag) 0.19 volts, maybe a bit less but the phone rang so I stopped. If you run the wheel for about 7-8 minutes the belts flex better which would also help. This is not with loose motors sitting on my desk turning only their shaft. This is installed turning belts, pulleys, bearings, steering wheel, and my added mechanisms etc.]
