I tried looking under the patent number(415.929/68) on google but I could not find anything on them
Each jaw has 18 teeth on it in a 9x2 config.

I suspect this is a hollow wall anchor tool but I could not find an image for it

The first one is a whajamacallit and the second one is a fingamejig.

Not sure on either, but if I had to guess the top one looks like it might be for clamping onto something like leather or maybe sheets of some sort of rubber like for a conveyor belt or something.
The bottom one looks like a chain breaker.
