anyone know why... (wheel availability)

why is it that we can't put some of the wheels in the game on some of the premium cars? Is any of this unlockable? I really really want the volk TE37's for my RX-7 spirit R but it just isn't available, and the same for the acura nsx. But they have them for a 350Z for example?? I don't see any logic for it.

PD, if you're going to have a poor selection of wheels (by previous game's standards) then at least make them all available for all cars please.
