Anyone notice any odd results online ? dirt 4 ps4

Sup guys I was racing with a buddy last night we are lvl 30+ and not the best but pretty good using wheels etc and some chap joined lvl 4 and spanked are backside on a 2 mile stage by 47 secs eeeek he went off the line and was half way up the stage before we got through the 1st section 0.o the event was only 2 stages and he won the next stage as well but when the finale results came up I was in 1st.If I was on my pc I would be thinking cheater but on ps4 just weird lag I guess? or odd game issue ?

Every single lobby I have raced in has the positions wrong at the end of the rally. Times are correct but the finishing order is always wrong. Also points are not awarded correctly.
