Anyone played GT Advance 3?

Just wanted to know if it's good or not, but as there aren't very much racing games on GBA, I guess it will not be difficult to be the best.

Has it, by the way, got anything to do with the GT series from PD?

What would you compare it with: GT1, 2, 3, NFS-series, Ridge Racer, ...?
