Anyone ride stand-up jet skis?

I have wanted one since I was like 10 and this year I am getting serious about it. I dont really know what ones are good though. My budget is at most $600 and I have found about 4 within my criteria but I dont know about them. One of them is like a 300cc engine which seems small for a ski that size, but the seller says 32mph which would be fine for me. The others are 650s which compared to the 300 seems big. I'm just a little confused, any info is appriciated.
 
Well I bought a stand up about 2 weeks ago. I posted in the Recent Purchase thread but I'll put more info here if anyone is interested. I got a 1985 Kawasaki SJ550 I got ski plus trailer for $250. I was having a hell of a time riding it for several days but now I am more confident with it but still not a master. Its very tipsy but a lot of fun. My friend has a Yamaha 650 and he says that mine pulls him out of the water better than his so it definitely has enough power for me. Anyway heres some pics:
