Just wondering if anyone does drifting in the game, I do it when i'm really bored and it's so fun ... i'm good at drifting with the stock cars and race cars, but when i try out my tuned cars it's so hard to hang-on to the drift ...

oh ya i'm done 98.6% of the game, but how do you complete the miata endurance race? it's impossible.

Use the miata 1.8i and put racing slicks (T3 or 4) under it.

The maita race is easy and simple. Buy the most expensive maita and put the worst tires on it (the 10,000 ones). Your only competion pits every 3 laps so there is NO competition. You should be able to win the race now.

P.S. i left ASM and TCS stock.

the miata race is EZY!!!! just take the MX-5 and beat it. They pit every 4-5 laps. I usually pited at about 20 laps i pited twice for the whole race

Well, this is what I understand as drifting - someone will correct me if I'm wrong :-)

Approaching a curve I either brake or lift up on the accellerator, depending on my speed. When the speed is correct I turn, and the car starts rotating in the same direction I'm turning.

If the speed is wrong when I start the turn I either spin out or slide off the outside.

If I've done it right, I can step on the accellerator and the car will rotate as it turns and I end up pointing in the right direction and accellerating out of the turn. The drift is controled by small corrections to the accelerator during the turn.

RWD cars are easiest for me to do this, but mid engine cars, like the NSX, do it best but are harder to do right.

Drifting is the way i race almost all the time.I used to drive a dirt track car so it comes natural.
Can anyone tell if there tires wear faster in the tire wear races when you drift alot?I can`t see any difference.
