This may seem an extremely stupid question, but i ask because on my dfgt shifter the screws were plastic.
So basicaly,is the actual wheel of the momo wheel attached with metal screws and can you take the wheel off by the screws- I ask because I want to buy a logitech momo and put the wheel on my g27.

I'm not sure if it is possible, but isn't it cheaper to just buy a "real" steering wheel from Sparco or MOMO?

Yeah you can do Chilicoke's G27 steering wheel mod.

But buying aftermarket steering wheels are expensive to the point which I would just use for my real car.

Gdog96, if/when you get around to doing this mod do you have any plans for the existing G27 wheel that you'll be replacing? I'm keen to get a hold of another G27 wheel so I can still use my G27 while I'm doing my mod on my existing wheel.

All I'm looking for is the wheel that you'd remove as part of this mod. If anyone else has a spare wheel kicking around let me know.

I'm not to sure about doing this mod anymore as I would be sacrificing size and leather-however I have seen some of your posts, why don't you try emailing logitech and ask them for one?
